How long do I hire my bouncy castle for?
All our equipment is charged at a daily rate. We can deliver it at a time to suit you between 8am and 2pm. We can collect anytime between 12pm and 8pm. If you require pickup any later than 8pm, we will collect the following morning at an extra £25.
How is payment taken?
Cash on delivery.
Do you set up and take down the bouncy castle?
Certainly! We always set them up for you and also take them down at the end of the day.
Can I hire a bouncy castle for longer than 1 day?
Of course! We give discounts for longer hire periods. Please call and ask for more details on 01454 851775 or 07883 448936.
Can you provide generator hire for fields?
Yes, we have a petrol operated generator. The cost is £25 to hire for the day. You MUST allow us to demonstrate how it works in case it cuts out during the day and you need to restart it.
How do you ensure safety?
Our inflatables meet PIPA standards - the highest industry standards possible. We supply safety matting to all our inflatables, and use safety extension cables fitted to our blowers. We use stakes to ensure the bouncy castle does not blow away, or sandbags if used indoors.
How can we help ensure safety?
You can help by following our safety guidelines. Ensure there no washing lines or overhanging trees nearby. Make sure everyone removes their shoes before bouncing. Supervise children carefully. You may want to separate younger and older guests.
Are you a member of any Quality Assurance organisations?
Yes, we are proud to be members of the BIHA, British Inflatables Hirers Association.
Can you provide staff to help supervise?
It depends for how long, and how much notice you provide us with. Bristol Party Hire is a family owned business, and we are all Enhanced Level CRB checked. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Can I hire a bouncy castle for indoor use?
Certainly! All our bouncy castles can be used indoors.
What do you need from me?
We will need 5ft of clearance space to the front and rear of the castle and 3ft clearance space to the side for our blowers and to ensure it is safely staked or sandbagged down.
Do you hire to pubs?
Sadly no. We do not hire to pubs. This is due to equipment misuse in the past.
